Perfect spot for us. My husband was doing some training for the State of Maine and this property was close by. Upgraded to a King Suite and that was appreciated. Guest laundry was clean and the machines were clean as well. Good breakfast with lots of options. Coffee/tea in the lobby for most of the day. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Super dumpy. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds we've ever seen encountered in a hotel. Mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. All of the card readers for the hotel room doors were broken and not fixed 15 hours later, so staff had to let you into each room individually. Staff was very nice, I felt bad for them. We stayed one night, cancelled the rest of our stay and moved to a different hotel.
Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The older gentleman that was at the desk the night we checked in, Terry maybe, was especially kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, pearl sugar waffles were delicious.
We had a perfect stay. Check-in with Eric was easy and he gave us lots of great brewery and resto recommendations for the area. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it was clean and quiet. My partner made use of the on-site gym and the free breakfast and parking were great. We only had a short stop in Augusta but we will pass through again and would love to stay at this hotel when we do.
This was very clean and updated. Rooms very comfortable. Smaill indoor pool and gym. Kid friendly . Staff very friendly. Around the clock coffee bar, and included buffet breakfast.

Wow very nice, my room was extremely dated in certain regards. Though the beds were extremely comfy.
Surprisingly the TV was on when I came in with a welcoming message. It even had my name on it. It looked like they offered Netflix, but you had to log in with your own account to use it
I definitely enjoy staying here the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would love to give the rooms a higher rating but unfortunately I found them to be a bit cramped and small other than that they were wonderful. The location is very convenient located right off the interstate.
The manager is very nice as well. The decor is nice and there is a small indoor pool as well as some fitness equipment
They have a very large and comfortable seating area for a complimentary light breakfast with some healthy options.
And my absolute favorite part is the unlimited free coffee located in the lobby. Not sure what kind of coffee they make but it is definitely not run of the mill.
And if you have made it this far this is my second time here and I will only give a review after confirming that it is indeed consistent in its service.
Stayed here on a business trip in July. Great rooms, ample parking and courteous staff. Everything felt clean, and rooms were large enough to have the feel of multiple spaces (bedroom, living room, etc.) bathroom was nice and large. Very quiet. Easy access to highway, with a few late evening dining/delivery options nearby. A great value.
